Round of 16 pairings

We haven't seen G-thang as a team yet, but Gabby is a high-class lightweight and Ginnifer is a rookie with serious, dangerous skills. Spicy Matzah have the edge on experience, but I think the new team might have too much for them.

Match 2 looks obvious on paper; one team are well established singles superstars,the other has barely had a match. FlC might bring something unexpected, and Babe is definitely a weak link at least on recent showing, but it'd be an upset if the Bombers lost this.

#3 is another no-brainer. The Upstarts handily beat the Mites a few months ago and Chloe in particular is in red-hot form. French Kiss are a solid team, but the Upstarts just have too much for them.

The next match is interesting. The Sisters are bigger and meaner, but they've struggled recently. Meanwhile The Bikini team are more experienced and had an impressive warm-up win, so I'm choosing them.

I really like Body Shop as a team but I think they're out of their depth here. Since Kylie linked up with Jasmine they've been on a real tear, and with extra help outside the ring it's hard to see anything except a Hot&Bothered win.

It feels like the War Party should be a real force in FAWN, but for some reason they can't make it happen. I'm predicting that the Sweethearts get to continue their fairytale run into the quarters.

Match 7 is one of the ties of the round in my eyes. Four established stars with not dissimilar records could have a real back-and-forth match. But Amara has been great recently, and is probably looking to take out some anger, so the Empresses might have the edge.

Last but not least comes another great matchup. I wasn't surprised the Riders made it through play-in, they were probably the class in that whole round. Despite that I'm picking Leggs to win thanks to great team synergy and those oh-so-lovely legs.
