Name: Valeria George ('Ria')
Height: 5’7”

Hometown: Shoreditch, London, England

Physical description: Hyperactive since infancy, Valeria spends a lot of her time either running, boxing, or playing soccer. As a result her naturally athletic frame is a picture of fitness and conditioning. Ria inherited some of her mother’s Carribean curves and isn’t afraid to make the most of them, but she also likes to show off her toned shoulders, arms and tummy.
Attire: Dusky purple racerback tankini with two long straps crossing on her chest and linking to the bottoms. Ria likes to wear a customised slogan t shirt while walking to the ring, usually made into a special gift for some lucky crowd member.
Style: Athletic, high flying and relentless. Valeria earned the ‘irresistible’ moniker because she seems to be in constant motion in the ring, although she’s trained to dial it back a little. It’s also obvious why her friends still call her ‘no fear’; Ria commits fully to everything she does and often improvises on instinct, trusting that she will endure whatever happens to her.

Background:
Ria doesn’t talk at all about her childhood or adolescence. What is known is that Valeria Constance George was born at Homerton hospital in Hackney and that no father is named on her birth certificate. Half Dominican on her mother’s side, it’s understood she had spells of living in Santo Domingo’s port district as well as some shady neighbourhoods of north east London, but she doesn’t share what that experience was like.
Valeria has given some vague details of her time with nascent gangs in Tottenham and Whitechapel, quickly becoming known as ‘Ria No Fear’ because of her hyperactivity and recklessness. She seems to have spent most of her time either at the gym or throwing herself into clash with her fam on the streets. Several particularly violent incidents led to a slew of arrests and Ria was sent to a correctional facility for several months.
From this point on, Ria is a lot more happy to share her story. During her time in prison she met a counselor who she says has turned her life around. On release Ria immediately became an advocate for positive life choices, supporting young women in her community and working to prevent bullying and crime. Valeria still has some grime vocabulary and street sass to call on, but now this is channeled towards converting others to her cause. At the same time she refocused her boundless energy and competitive drive into organised wrestling, hoping that it might allow her a platform to spread her positive message.
A relentless fighter, Valeria stood out in several small local promotions for her high risk offence and ability to absorb punishment and come through battles. In combination with her love of inspiring young girls, and her unusual combination of exotic and girl-next-door looks, it wasn’t long before FAWN beckoned.
