he Riot Stopper (Raker sets her victim on her shoulders in a basic fireman's carry.
Holding in that position, she loops her near arm across the back of the victim's neck and holds tight.
With her other arm, she shoves her rival's legs up and off her shoulders, sending the poor unfortuante's
torso and legs flailing out behind Rachel while their head / neck is still in her grasp. Simultaneous with

Description:
Only a few years ago, the young woman who now calls herself Rachel Raker was living a
life about as far from the world of WOLF as one might imagine. She was Lisa Rachel Fielding, one of
the youngest women ever to become vice-president of a major Wall Street financial firm. Highly
photogenic, she was the firm's rising star, frequently seen in on the cover of business publications and
on television shows. She had come from a small town in Connecticut. She was an excellent athlete
(field hockey), but she was an even better student winning scholarships to major universities where she
obtained an MBA in record time and was quickly recruited to Wall Street. The early death of her
parents in an auto accident left Lisa the guardian of her younger (by 7 years) sister Roxanna (Roxy or
Rox). Roxy hero-worshipped her glamorous and successful sibling who helped get Roxy into
prestigous boarding schools.
Then, only three years ago, it all came tumbling down. A major fraud scandal struck the firm where
Lisa Fielding worked and she found herself the scapegoat while the truly guilty slipped away. Almost
before she knew what hit her, she had been convicted and sentenced to two years in prison. The public
that had once celebrated her, now turned on her unmercifully. She was sent not to a "country club" but
a tough prison where she found herself among hardened and violent female inmates. Yet, Lisa once
more proved a fast learner, she discovered not only that she could successful fight to defend herself, but
that she liked to fight. By the time she was paroled after two years, Lisa was a feared and respected
convict.
Emerging into the real world, Lisa quickly discovered all her savings were gone, all her former friends
and business associates turned their backs on her. The only one who was there to greet her at the prison
gate was Roxanna, who had suffered much from jealous schoolmates once the sister she had always
bragged about was discredited. Lisa wanted to start a business of her own, but had no money. A tip
from a prison acquaintance led her to WOLF, but she has adopted the name RACHEL RAKER as her
probation officer would likely not approve of her career choice.
Rachel has a particular grudge against "rich girls"--she identifies them with the well-connected
scoundrels who left her holding the bag and so ruined her life. It is a grudge her sister Roxy shares due
to the abuse she suffered from her boarding school classmates. Rachel is a somehow who believes that
you win by whatever means are at hand and as quickly as possible. In her early fights, she gets into
trouble because she expends too much energy trying for a quick win and becomes vulnerable as she
tires. However, once she realizes this, she will try to correct it. Rachel is,for all her anger, an intelligent
young woman, able to use that intelligence to succeed in WOLF.
Rachel is cool and distant from her fellow fighters, though she is good at playing to the crowd. She
certainly knows how to market a product--namely herself. The only person she truly trusts is her sister,
though she may open herself up one day to tag partner, a fellow loner with a past like Cassandra Vale
