Description:
She was born Alana Landry, and grew up the only child of a single father--her mother
having left when she was 3. Still, her father raised her to the best of his ability, and the two became
very close. And one of the ways through which they bonded was poker...
Her father hosted regular games amongst his buddies, with Alana eventually joining in once she
reached her teen years. Before long, the young blonde grew very adept at the game--and then began
taking her friends and classmates to the cleaners. Alana found that she loved the competition, the rush
of the risk, and also that she was very, very good at both reading and bluffing her opposition. At 19, she
bought into her first professional tournament, and made it to the final table. A career was born.
In 2007, Alana stumbled across a FAWN broadcast, and to her surprise found her competitive fires
stoked. In her mind, she saw FAWN as the ULTIMATE high stakes game: not only did its participants
risk their bodies and their safety, they also risked their pride and spirit. Unable to resist that particular
siren song, Kash began to throw herself into training, finding work on the independent circuit and
quickly building a name for herself.
Success came quickly, and so did enemies, as several women took exception to Kash's tactics and
attitude. One particular feud even led to Alana developing her own signature match--a two fall contest
she calls Double or Nothing. A sweep or a draw are the only possibilities, and so far, Kash has never
lost the second fall of a Double or Nothing match.
After 2 years of toiling in the independents, Alana came to the attention of FAWN's scouting
department, and a contract offer was made--and eagerly accepted.
Alana is, as the saying goes, a cool customer. She's very good at keeping her emotions in check, or at
the very least not letting them show. She also hates to lose with a purple passion, having become very
adept at counting cards in her previous career--and bending rules in her current one. And, just as she
loves the risk of competing in the ring, she also loves to make side wagers on her contests as well
