Camille Cosworth
Hometown: San Antonio, Texas
5'6"
130 lbs
Gimmick: Ascended fangirl, the wannabe who got to be
Attire: Black, ankle length yoga / athletic leggings, Converse sneakers, various FAWN logo tank tops and t-shirts
Appearance: Pale skinned and brown haired with hazel eyes. A cut, athletic figure, although surprisingly voluptuous on the rare occasion that Camille wears revealing attire. Camille kept her face hidden for years behind a lucha mask, but after she was unmasked in a her last Open Fight Night match, fans are sure to appreciate her good looks.
Style: High flying with power elements
Camille has never outgrown her childlike appreciation of wrestling from when she was 10. As such, she wrestles as if she were still 10 and pretend-fighting around in her backyard, except now at 22 she has the athleticism to really pull off just about every maneuver she’s ever seen, whether that’s a power slam or high flying acrobatics. She lacks nuance in her tactics, however, which boil down to doing whatever she thinks will look most awesome at that moment in time without consideration of how likely the move is to succeed. For whatever reason, she lives by the motto of, “Everything’s better with spinning.”
When sufficiently motivated or desperate, Camille can push her body into overdrive to boost her already top-notch strength, speed, and agility to unbelievable levels. She lacks the stamina to keep this up for very long, however, hence she dubbed this her Ninety Seconds of Awesome. Staying in overdrive for any longer burns out her body and leaves her a sitting duck.
Alignment: Face, and a classic goody-two-shoes who will always fight clean, no matter what. Due to her style, Camille is a human highlight reel no matter if she wins or loses. At least once per match, Camille will do something that makes the fans gape and wonder how that was even possible.
Entrance music: "Is She With You? (Wonder Woman theme)" by Hans Zimmer and Junkie XL
Background: Camille Cosworth was the youngest of three children with two older twin brothers. All three Cosworth children were blessed with outrageous athleticism from their father who was an All-American football and basketball player in his youth for the Air Force Academy.
Growing up on an Air Force base with two athletic older brothers -- a very macho environment and very macho siblings -- made Camille a bit of a tomboy. Unlike other girls her age, young Camille would rough house and get into fights with the boys at her school. Being in San Antonio also left Camille with an appreciation for Mexican pop culture. When she went to her first luchador wrestling match at age 10, she was instantly hooked. The high flying men and women in the colorful tights and elaborate masks became her larger than life idols -- superheroes who stepped off the page and into real life, who soared through the air with the greatest of ease and performed inhuman acts of strength and agility. From then on, Camille would always join her brothers when they gathered their friends for a round of backyard wrestling.
Her brothers eventually grew out of their fascination with wrestling and instead focused their athletic pursuits on football and basketball like their father. Camille also blossomed as an incredible athlete during her teenage years, and soon she was a track and field star at her high school. Deep down, however, she missed the physicality and spectacle of wrestling. Running fast, jumping high, and throwing far in a creatively sterile track and field environment just did not have the same appeal. When Camille tried to reassemble her backyard wrestling posse, everyone had told her to put down such childish aspirations.
Camille was not to be deterred though. By the time she graduated high school, she was one of the most sought after track and field athletes in the country. The Cosworth mailbox was practically overflowing with scholarship offers from major NCAA Division I universities all across the country. It was a bit of a surprise when Camille elected to attend the University of Maine. The reason she gave her family was that she was sick of the central Texas heat, and wanted to go somewhere with snow. It was, of course, a complete coincidence that the University of Maine was in close proximity to Bangor where the Jungle held their Open Fight Nights.
Camille was instantly a fixture on the university track and field team. A proper strength training and conditioning program and a customized, monitored diet bolstered her already prodigious physical talents. Camille wrestled on the side whenever she got the chance. She attended dozens of Open Fight Nights in the guise of favorite childhood luchadora, the lovable loser known as La Halcon. It never quite worked out for Camille, however. While she was almost always the most physically gifted athlete in attendance, her lack of formal training or honed wrestling instincts turned out to be a big obstacle. Camille could execute every move in the book, but she lacked the general awareness of when to do what, and thus lost a lot more often than she won.
As her time at university was coming to an end, Camille still had not been offered a professional contract by FAWN nor any other organization. It was starting to seem like Camille would have to settle for life as an office drone in the field of business management, which was her putative reason for going to university.
All of that changed after her last Open Fight Night bout with Yoona Park. Camille was beaten and humiliated, but her grace and empathy even after losing allowed her to bond with her opponent over their mutual love of wrestling. Moreover, Yoona coerced the talent director into signing Camille to a contract, finally giving Camille that one big break she always wanted.
Over the days and weeks that followed, one thing quickly lead to another, and opponents became friends became sparring partners became lovers. Unlike her paramour, however, Camille is unburdened by title aspirations or ego. She simply loves wrestling and she loves the fans.
Moves:
Primary Finisher: Meteor Slam (leaping Ura-nage) - Camille tucks her right shoulder under her opponent’s right arm, then reaches her right arm across the opponent’s chest to the left shoulder in a standard Ura-nage grip. Instead of arching back into a normal Ura-nage Camille leaps off the mat with a textbook Fosbury Flop -- a half barrel roll followed by a half backflip. The result is her opponent’s head and neck being driven vertically into the mat from high in the air with the weight of both wrestlers.
Secondary Finisher: Rolling Death Cradle - Camille grabs her opponent’s legs from behind in a Wishbone with one of the opponent's leg straddled between her own, and the other clasped between her arms. Camille then drops to the mat and keeps rolling, rolling, rolling in wide circles until the ragdolled opponent submits to the leg spread or Camille herself is too dizzy to continue.
Signature moves:
One Inch Punch: Normal punches are lame. One Inch Punches are awesome. So goes the philosophy of Camille.
Standing Achilles Hold to Giant Swing: With her opponent lying on her back, Camille tucks a foot under her armpit and secures a Standing Achilles Hold. Never one to settle for such a dull-looking move, Camille throws in a one-legged Giant Swing for visual flair while still maintaining the Achilles Hold. The centripetal force of the Giant Swing also makes the Achilles Hold all the more painful for her opponent.

Floatover DDT
Hurricanrana

Standing 360 splash
Spinebuster
Super Kick
Lifting Side Slam (Rock Bottom)
