Name: Angela Vincent
Height: 5‘5“
Weight: 133lbs
Hometown: Dover, Delaware
Fighting Attire: A forest green two-piece, which in spite of her advancing age she still wears remarkably well. White pads and wrist tape. Green boots.
Heel/Face: Face
Gimmick: A star of yesterday, Angela is a still credible competitor, and a valuable resource for the young hopefuls
Fighting Style: Old School
Finishing Move: the STF (STF)
Description:
Angela “Angie” Vincent carved out quite a name for herself in the 80‘s and 90‘s. No, she never broke through to the dizzying heights of a Tiffany Lane or an Yvette Malreaux, but she still drew a considerable amount of dollars wherever she worked, and often became one of the more beloved good girls in whatever company employed her.
Of course, it’s always hard for a star to let go. And even though the major companies started losing interest in Angie around the start of the 21st Century, Angie never lost the fire to compete. For the last 10 years, Vincent has been working primarily in the Southwest Wrestling Association--while also taking the occasion guest booking around the country, looking to make a buck with a star attraction. With FAWN’s acquisition of the FWA and its re-branding as Desert Divas, though, this new entity is now receiving her full attention. From FAWN’s standpoint, Angie is a valuable resource to help shape their stars of tomorrow.
But Angie still sees the possibility of one more run at greatness.
