Exclusive clip posted to FAWN's YouTube channel approximately three hours ahead of All Hallows Evil...
The AHE 2022 logo gives way to a distressed looking Joanna Coleman standing out on the front lawn of the Harrenhal Training Facility much better known as The Madhouse.
JOANNA COLEMAN:
Offering the camera a single nod, JC says, “Hello all. Joanna Coleman here at the Madhouse with some unpleasant news. A few hours ago Gladiatrix reported that Lily Burlingame and Veronica Treymane were attacked in their locker-room following a morning workout. I can now confirm those reports and must unfortunately add that the Tag Team Champions have been pulled from tonight's event because neither have been cleared by FAWN medical personnel. From what I understand Veronica is being observed under concussion protocol and Lily is undergoing X-rays for a possible strained left knee. At this time there are no suspects in the attack on Cosmic Noir as Madhouse security tells me there was a camera malfunction in that wing of the building and no one was seen coming or going in the moments surrounding the incident. Suspicion naturally fell on Lucy Harker and Mina Murray, those Scandalous paragons of virtue that'd been chosen to challenge Cosmic Noir less than twenty-four hours prior by nothing less than the Wheel of Fate itself. Harker and Murray, along with known collaborator Daphne Dufresne, have emphatically denied any wrongdoing on the trio's part, though their alibis, or lack thereof, have yet to be verified by FAWN management. When asked to comment on this startling turn of events, Lucy displayed her trademark empathy in suggesting that Burlingame and Treymane 'probably kicked the shit out of each other because they knew they couldn't get past us tonight.' Murray went on to add that all Noir accomplished by this 'brazen act of cowardice' was to postpone the day they lost the titles, as representatives for Bethany Christian have told me this match is now scheduled for Cold November Pain. When I correctly pointed out that Cosmic Noir had in fact defeated Scandalous during their most recent encounter at Slaybor Day, Dufresne took it upon herself to heave a water bottle at my head and though I dodged the projectile without suffering any real threat, I took it as a good sign that the interview was over. This has been Joanna Coleman reporting, I look forward to seeing you all a little later this evening when All Hallows Evil kicks off.”
