Description:
Mary is the Forgotten Princess.
Born into a loving home, Mary was none the less without a Father, raised by her single mother
and oblivious to the identity of her second parent. Tiny at birth, teenie in childhood and petite
as a teenager, Mary ‘Mouse’ spent her young life waiting for a growing spurt that never
happened, vertically challenged and dimpled cheeked for the rest of her days, she tried her very
best to ROAW, but only found herself ignored.
Awkwardly travelling the fretful path of puberty, Mary became increasingly quite and
progressively more introverted, shunning the outside world which was far too frightening in
favour of her books and stories. In those tales she could be anyone she wanted, and never had
to fear the possibility of rejection, losing herself in fantasy and steadily losing touch with
reality.
Her Mother, Sarah Danvers, tried her utmost to break her daughter’s painfully shy nature by
any means she could imagine and yet found herself faced with failure at every turn. Finally,
seeing no other alternative, Sarah swallowed her pride and did what she promised she never
would.
She revealed to her only daughter the true identity of her Father.
Rick ‘Golden Goliath’ Sinclair was a figure larger than life, even in his retirement, the man
proportioned like a bear and just an intimidating towards those he disliked. World renowned,
Rick was a wrestler who was, and continued to be, a legend in his time, respected by his peers,
hated by his rivals, swift to humour and furious in his anger and, it would seem, a man who had
been happy to enjoy the company of more than one star struck lady.
Rick had been just as oblivious of Mary’s existence as Mary had been of his, and while the
smallest of small girls had been struck dumb by his overwhelming size and presence, his gruff
exterior melted the moment it was proven that she was his. Mary herself was more hesitant,
but as she realised that this mammoth of a man, and the near fantastical world of combat that he
lived in was indeed a part of her own lineage, she found herself drawn more and more from the
safety of her enclosed home and into the adventure of his own.
She was not, however, entirely sold until she learned of the existence of her half sister.
Samantha Sinclair, The People’s Princess, was almost as teenie as she and yet encapsulated
almost everything she imagined in her fantasies. She was a fighter, feisty, fierce, surrounded
by the most loyal of loyal friends and rose from the ashes of the most devastating of setbacks.
Mary ‘Mouse’ Sinclair was star struck, idolising her big sister with an all but obsessed passion,
convinced that the elder sibling lacked any of the faults, concerns or fears that she knew all too
well within herself.
Mary ‘Mouse’ Sinclair saw everything she desperately wanted to be.
With a burst of passion she had never before possessed, Mary was once again determined that
she would ROAW, convincing an admittedly uncertain Rick to take her into his tutelage just as
he had Samantha. She threw herself into her studies with gusto, her enthusiasm infectious and
her determination fierce, the ‘Golden Goliath’s’ ‘Little Mouse’ set to follow the ‘Little
Sparrow’ into the world of wrestling.
