The Bitch Nap (Emery wraps her long legs around a grounded opponent’s neck

free hand yanks back on their hair until they pass out or cry for submission)
Emery Board (Lifts opponent up into a reverse tombstone piledriver with the opponent positioned
behind her. She drops backwards spiking her victim head first into the mat. She turns around and does a
face sit as she grabs one leg for the pin clawing at her opponent’s crotch with the other hand.)
